  I made a reservation for the first time having previously read the reviews.
  Most reviews had mentioned terrible service but good food, and that is exactly what we got.
  The cooks/chef are extremely let down by poor, unattentive and unenthused wait staff.
  Upon arrival we were told they had run out of menus... the venue was not full.
  We had to get up and go ask for menus for the table, however the wait time for food to arrive is acceptable.
  Numerous times during our experience we saw staff standing around the kitchen door, and trying to make eye contact with them was futile, as most were staring out the window - so ordering drinks, water for the table or anything else was very difficult and frustrating.
  We are new to the area, and were very pleased to have a trendy venue so close to home.
  Improvement to your service will do wonders for business and build a good bank of return customers in no time!
